Lunch and Fellowship Last meeting Our meeting last Tuesday was a pleasantly informal chat amongst the 16 of us present. Some good fellowship. President-Elect John Hawke in the Chair.  Discussions ranged over venues, food, speakers, vocationals, future meetings, and until further notice the Salvation Army foodpacking now on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month: no longer weekly. P-E John & Alan Hayward, with Boyne Drummond; along with Graeme Martin from the Remuera Club and Murray Hutchinson from St Johns, had attended a morning tea provided by the Tamaki Jobs & Skills Hub the previous day. Possible support for the Hub canvassed then and at the meeting included the provision of drivers’ instruction for job seekers, possible purchase of a motor vehicle for the Hub, the inclusion of Tamaki College and Selwyn College in the RYDA driver awareness programmes literacy and employment opportunities. Next two meetings Tuesday 22nd August, 12 noon for 12.30 at the Royal Akarana Yacht Club. Shona Roberts – The Love of Bees.
