Strategic Plan - Increase our Input, Expand our reach. We need 1 dedicated person to be in touch with Newmarket Business Assoc.
We need to pay and invest in a PR Company....Newmarket needs shirts, hats, jackets, bumper stickers
We need a targeted recruitment, enhance members experience
The plan is an important element of the continued survival of the club and it is pleasing to see our members taking a serious interest in the discussions.
The meeting closed at 1.30 with still lots more to discuss here....Roger and his team have done an outstanding job and we need to spend time on this.
