Ho Ho Ho its a WRAP!

Ho Ho Ho this last issue before Christmas is largely pictorial with some captions ……Big Wig Ed walking the talk keeping the visuals up and the verbiage down if you will….missing the literary skills of our chief reporter Alan Hayward but consolation is a visual feast or mashup for your enjoyment. A very merry Christmas everybody. The year behind us was probably a mixed bag, with some successes and happiness and likely some challenging, or even sad, times too.

Our Christmas party showed what great friendships can exist within our Rotary club. Friendships with such diverse people: Vegans, Truck Drivers, Greenies – even folks that don’t cheat at Monopoly! All that comes as a bonus to the incredible work that you do throughout the year to make our communities better places to live. Thank you.

I am truly inspired by our members (and their partners) dedication and commitment to service. Indeed, I am honoured to be part of this wonderful organization and know you are too.

Rob & I hope that the Christmas season brings you peace, joy, and happiness, and that the New Year brings even more opportunities for us to come together and make a difference.

A wee snippet if you would like to pass it on to your chief editor (Big Wig ):

Two of my daughters (Janet and Gillian can you spot them? ) are in The Stonefields Choir and last evening they had a concert/recital at the Dio Auditorium

In the breaks we were entertained by the Newmarket Primary School Choir-they were very good and a credit to the school.
