I have been contacted by Jenny Alison (021-503-060) who is looking for volunteer supports for the Annual Grocery Charity Ball on Saturday 7^th September at the Viaduct Events Centre.

Dementia NZ will receive the proceeds.

Currently :

I)13 volunteers are still needed for the evening shift of 5pm – midnight assisting with the live and silent auction proceedings and re-stocking small volumes periodically, as well as packing up after 11pm. While this is a pretty tall ask for many club members it may be something that appeals to RYLArians and a few younger members. 

II)2 volunteers are required for the 1:30pm until 5pm shift setting up tables and seating etc

All volunteers will have supervision and a full briefing for their shift. A continuous food will be supplied in the evening and we hope to have Uber vouchers for their transport!
