●Opened Chur Burger turned their ali into a burger bar - lines every lunch and dinner

●7 Weeks after opening their new restaurant in Sydney it burnt to the ground

●Momofood Koko in New York was the best eating experience she has had. A 12 seater restaurant. Mimi did a 20 course lunch.

●The very first burger burger is designed from her experienced in New York

●Burger Burger in Ponsonby Central served 190K in the first year

●Collaboration with good brands now such as Mainland cheese

●100 burgers given to Auckland City Mission every year

●Newmarket is our busiest store - Friday lunchtime it’s the best Soooo Busy

●Building a full training and coaching app for all their staff

●The dream is to have managers earning enough to support them into their purchase of their first home

●Biggest lessons learnt is doesn’t matter how many dreams nothing matters more than the people in your life and relationships. Nothing make sense without them.
