Rotary Enrichment Program @ One Tree Hill College
Past President Michelle and Russell Toplis attended the Rotary Enrichment Program Graduation at One Tree Hill College this week.

The program is supported by the Chenery and Lois Dalley Trusts.

The program aims to teach year nine students to read at a better level and to promote public speaking both pathways to better self confidence.

I copy for members the email received from One Tree Hill College regarding the graduation.

"Again, on behalf of the students, parents and staff of OTHC I would like to sincerely thank you for what you do for our students.

The REP Graduation was certainly once again a perfect way to finish this cycles course with sponsors, parents, tutors, and teachers celebrating the success of the students who took part.

I have discussed with the students how they felt during, and with the graduation, and without any hesitation they all said that they had enjoyed the occasion, were very nervous but really proud of themselves for standing up in front of everyone and saying their speeches.

And, possibly more gratifying they all said that their parents were so, so proud of them and, were really actually surprised that they had the confidence to stand up and speak in front of so many people.

Thank you for your generous support of the REP programme and we hope to see you in November at the Cycle 2 graduation ceremony."
